Resolved Question: satalite internet stinks i need better?

hi all i just moved here to tennessee from california 2 months ago and i got a crappy internet provider and i cant play my favorate games having 8000 ping im used to 100 and under i here in tennessee we have at&t but only 4 miles down the road from me i live in centerville TN Hickman county we have at&t phone service but no internet service from them i was wondering if any one can help me out on trying to find a internet provider for my area so i can play my favorite video games again thanks i have a phone line with at&t but no internet with them i have tried every internet provider and no one seems to have any service in my area but only hughsnet and there satallite internet and i cant ever play my games i get disconnected 24/7 every time i try playing my games it sucks =/ the link i went to it and it said that charter is available in my area but when i went to the site to type in my street name and address it said not available...
